How to Earn Massive Cash by Discovering Hidden Niches

Picking the right niche can make or break your Internet marketing business. Often, people trying to get into Internet marketing often stumble on this step, because they simply have no idea which markets are worth getting into. Essentially, no one wants to spend months constructing a website that ends up with very little traffic simply due to the fact that there is very little demand for the topic in question.

So, how does one go about finding hot niche markets? Some Internet marketers suggest picking a niche that you are either passionate about or know about. While this may work out in the end, the more logical approach is to determine what people are actually searching for and base your Internet business around that. Determining the demand of a particular niche is the very first step.

One way to do this is to use some free tools, such as the free Wordtracker keyword tool (http://freekeywords.wordtracker.com). Type in a search phrase and Wordtracker will show the amount of daily searches for up to 100 related terms. You want to choose a term that has a decent number of daily searches – any number 10 or greater is worth considering. You may notice that the fewer number of words in a particular search term, the more searches it generally gets. In ths same way, search terms that contain more words receive less traffic, but are by and large easier to rank for.

Next, go to Google (http://www.google.com) and type one of the search terms in quotes. In the upper right hand corner of the search results page, you’ll see the number of pages indexed by Google that are exact matches for your search term. In general, when you are just starting out, try to target terms that have 20,000 or fewer competing pages when using exact match. Anything greater than this will require some heavy duty SEO to rank well.

Once you find that a particular subject that has decent search volume and relatively low competition, it’s time to go over to the Google Adwords Tool (https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal) to learn if there is any money in the market. Type in your term and see if there are many advertisers bidding for your search term. If there are a bunch of advertisers, it suggests that there is indeed money to be made in your market. If there are no advertisers, the search term you’ve chosen may not be commercial in nature, and thus may be difficult to monetize.

You’ve now got a handle on a niche that has decent search volume, low competition, and monetization potential. As soon as you know how to uncover good niches like these, you will be well on your way to making some great cash online with niche marketing.
