I’d say that could be a honest approach, it is a web marketing principle hat works. Chris Fox has a good reputation in the internet selling world, so I would have small doubt that he is somehow not delivering up to his claims. Sure thing is that such type of methods have a unlimited area which can be applied to, so that the possible income is limited only by the imagination and the talents of the Net marketer.
